
Hi, I’m Jeannine—a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist, currently completing my certification in senior fitness.
I train because I value a life that feels strong, capable, and energetic—and I refuse to let pain or fatigue dictate how I show up each day. Living in Westchester with my husband, our two children, and our dogs, I understand firsthand how full life can be, and how easily your own health can slip to the bottom of the list.
For many years, I felt unhealthy, exhausted, and disconnected from my body. I know what it’s like to put everyone else first, lose confidence, and feel unsure of your own physical ability. Choosing to change that trajectory wasn’t easy—but it was transformative. That experience is what shapes how I train and why I do this work.
Strength training gave me the energy to keep pace with my life and a level of confidence I never thought possible. Today, my approach is focused, thoughtful, and highly individualized. My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, resilient, and pain-free so you can move confidently and live fully—at any stage of life.
Outside the gym, you’ll find me spending time with my family, reading under a cozy blanket, watching unapologetically nerdy TV, or cooking for the people I love.
